How do we get the disposal or result?
We tend to text results to the instructing solicitor but we are flexible and will accomodate any process you have in place. But we also publish results on your account page of this website. We also email the notes and invoice both of which include disposals. But if you are ever without a result you can of course call or text us at any time.

What happens if there is a second interview but only one fee?
We appreciate that under the General Criminal Contract there is only one fee. We do not charge for necessary second interviews so long as we can use the same rep for both attendances. Where a second rep has to be used there will be a small fee.

Do you chase up bails?
We do not chase up bail dates. So if your client is going to have a second interview do please let us know. We try to cover second interviews as part of the fixed fee but do give us a call as there are regional variations.

Who logs the cases with the DSCC?
Please ensure you obtain a DSCC reference number. We do not ask our reps to get it. The DSCC would only log the case to the wrong firm so its way safer for you to log your cases.
